As of March 2026, Gojo Group and its major investees serve ※

GojoGraph2026_ENClientGraph

※ Aggregated unique clients of Gojo Group (subsidiaries and equity method affiliates) and its major investees, excluding Ananya (wholesale business) and Loan Frame. MyShubhLife and Aviom are excluded from FY2025/3 onward, while SATYA and Baobab are excluded from FY2026/3 onward. For FY2022/03 and prior years, Humo figures reflect lending clients only. End-clients of UNLEASH’s investees are included effective FY2026/03.

Total number of clients for FY2026/03 decreased substantially compared to the previous fiscal year. The main factors behind this were the deconsolidation of SATYA in India and the sale of our stake in Baobab in Africa. Effective March 30, 2026, we implemented a corporate split, retroactively deconsolidating SATYA, our main subsidiary in India, from the beginning of Q4 (January 1, 2026). In addition, in January 2026 we sold our entire stake in Baobab, one of Africa's largest microfinance groups, in which we had acquired a minority interest in September 2024.

51%

of our clients are women.

63%

of our clients live in rural areas.
